Shipping and Handling Policy

At EUODIA, we strive to process and deliver orders efficiently. Please read our shipping and handling policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received, regardless of the shipping option selected.

  • Processing time is 24-48 hours from the time an order is placed.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • If an order is marked as shipped after our processing hours, it means the order has been processed and is scheduled for pickup by the courier the next business day.

2. Shipping Times & Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 5-7 business days.

  • Economy Shipping: Estimated 6-8 business days.

  • Free Shipping is not available unless offered through a promotion.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for returned or canceled orders.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is marked as shipped, we are no longer able to make changes to your order.

  • Orders being returned to sender will be automatically canceled and refunded once received back by us.

  • Replacement orders will be shipped using Economy Shipping.

4. Returns & Address Accuracy

  • Return labels must be assumed by the customer.

  • Orders with incorrect addresses will not be replaced until they are returned to us by the courier.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

  • Tracking information can also be viewed in the "My Account" page when logged in.

6. Delivery Confirmation & Updates

  • Delivery confirmation updates only occur when the package reaches a sorting facility.

  • If your delivery status has not updated in a few days, this is normal—updates occur at major checkpoints, but not in between.

7. Changes to This Policy

EUODIA reserves the right to modify this Shipping and Handling Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
