At EUODIA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Eligibility

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless otherwise specified in this policy.

2. Damaged Items

  • If an item is damaged upon delivery, you must report it to us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered.

  • Claims made after this period will not be eligible for review.

3. Missing or Misdelivered Packages

  • Missing or incorrectly delivered packages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered.

  • Packages misdelivered due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer will not be eligible for replacement.

4. Returned, Missing, and Misdelivered Packages

  • Returned, missing, and misdelivered packages are non-refundable.

  • If your package is lost or misdelivered, please contact the courier directly to file a claim for the package.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled if they have not been marked as shipped.

  • Once an order is marked as shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time of approval.

  • We reserve the right to deny or approve any refund requests at our discretion.
